Job Summary

This Senior Lead Product Manager role is pivotal for the end-to-end management and strategic execution of the Outdoor footwear line, encompassing trail running, hiking, and city-inspired products. Reporting to the Director of Product Outdoor on the Global Product Strategy team, you will be responsible for creating world-class product briefs, owning the seasonal product roadmap, and driving execution from concept to market. A core mission involves obsessing over the active outdoor marketplace, translating global performance data and consumer feedback into actionable insights for continuous category planning. The role requires superior leadership in cross-functional collaboration with Design, Innovation, Marketing, and Operations teams globally, ensuring seamless, on-time collection execution while aligning product vision with long-range strategic plans and seasonal business goals.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for a major brand's product line

  • 3+ years of experience developing and integrating creative consumer insights and storytelling into rigorous 3-5 year long-range strategic product planning (LRP)
  • Superior presentation and communication skills, especially presenting complex strategies to executive leadership and global teams
