Job Summary

This Senior Lead role is pivotal in defining the visual identity of On's footwear collections, merging artistic vision with scientific innovation and sustainability goals. You will be responsible for setting and executing the seasonal color strategy for either Lifestyle or Performance footwear, ensuring alignment with brand identity, market trends, and consumer insights. A core function involves leading and mentoring a team of color designers through the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization and trend forecasting to production handover. You will collaborate extensively across categories (Apparel, Product Strategy, Development) and globally (Zurich and Vietnam) to ensure a unified aesthetic and process excellence. This position requires proven expertise in color strategy and storytelling, coupled with deep knowledge of manufacturing processes and a passion for challenging current dyeing standards to improve environmental impact.
