Job Summary
This role as a 2nd Level IT Service Technician, based in Berlin or Munich, requires translating complex IT infrastructure issues into understandable solutions for users. The core responsibilities involve administering the client's IT infrastructure, resolving technical problems, and meticulously documenting solutions. You will act as a vital link, providing on-site support for users regarding hardware, software, computers, printers, mobile devices, and network issues, while ensuring IT standards are implemented and maintained. The ideal candidate possesses an IT qualification (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or equivalent experience, strong knowledge of 1st and 2nd Level Support, and proficiency with Microsoft operating systems, Office 365, SCCM, Active Directory, and network technology.
