Job Summary

This role is centered on driving AI transformation projects, requiring a professional to manage the end-to-end lifecycle from initial requirements gathering and architecture design through to implementation and change management. Day-to-day responsibilities include steering AI projects in collaboration with business units, IT, and Data Science, analyzing existing processes to identify optimization potential using AI, and introducing modern, open-source-based AI tools like LLMs and ML frameworks. The ideal candidate will develop strategic roadmaps for sustainable AI integration, work closely with developers and architects on technical integration, and actively communicate with stakeholders across all organizational levels. Success in this position demands strong project management skills, deep technical understanding of AI solutions, and fluency in both German and English.
