This specialist role focuses on managing the end-to-end complaint process within the medical technology sector, particularly concerning transfusion medicine and cell therapy products. Daily tasks include logging incoming complaints using SAP, evaluating physical samples, investigating failure causes through laboratory work, measurements, and analytical testing, and generating detailed English-language complaint documentation and reports. Furthermore, the role involves supporting Research & Development projects by conducting necessary quality controls, validation, verification, and developing new test methods, often utilizing human blood. Success in this position requires a background in medical or biological sciences, significant professional experience in technical assistance or a comparable field, and proven expertise in complaint handling, ideally within the medical device industry. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory for effective communication across international departments and participation in English-speaking meetings.
