Job Summary

This role involves supporting the Student Exchange team within the School of Computation, Information and Technology (CIT) at the Technical University of Munich (TUM), focusing specifically on Electrical Engineering and Information Technology programs. The successful candidate will provide individualized, program-specific counseling to students regarding study abroad opportunities, internships, and thesis projects. Day-to-day tasks include close collaboration with examination boards and the TUM Global Office to streamline processes, organizing and conducting online events, and establishing procedural guidelines and statistics. Key requirements include a completed Bachelor's degree, high advisory competence, excellent German (C2) and English skills, and inter-cultural experience.
