Job Summary

This role is for a hands-on Onsite IT Technician based in Frankfurt am Main, serving as the primary problem solver for hardware and software issues. Day-to-day responsibilities involve setting up and dismantling IT workstations, providing both remote and onsite support for Windows systems, handling troubleshooting, and performing system maintenance. The technician will also be responsible for documenting all inquiries and processes within a ticketing system, ensuring compliance with SLAs, and instructing users on hardware and software usage. Key qualifications include a completed IT education or equivalent, professional experience in client setup and software installation, and proficiency with current MS Windows operating systems and Office applications. This is a full-time, permanent position (initially temporary contract with option for permanent takeover) within an established IT specialist organization that values trust and personal responsibility.
