Job Summary
This role is ideal for an IT specialist looking to join an ITSM team, focusing on developing and maintaining the core ITSM system, ServiceNow. The successful candidate will support Service Managers by mapping support processes, implementing workflows, and automating tasks. Key daily responsibilities include developing and customizing applications, interfaces with third-party systems, and workflows within ServiceNow. The role also involves system administration, documentation, key user support, and thorough error analysis and resolution. Candidates must possess a completed IT education, basic IT knowledge, familiarity with ITIL processes, and specific technical skills in Javascript and SQL.
