Job Summary
As a core member of the ITSM team, you will be instrumental in supporting Service Managers by translating their support processes into functional workflows, implementing automations, and ensuring seamless integration with third-party systems. Your daily responsibilities will center on the development, customization, and administration of the core ITSM platform, ServiceNow. This includes application development, interface customization, workflow design, comprehensive documentation, and critical error analysis and resolution for both ServiceNow and integrated systems. You will also handle system configuration and provide key-user support. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience, deep familiarity with ITIL processes, and extensive hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, coupled with proficiency in Javascript and SQL.
