Key requirements include a degree in Business Informatics or a related MINT field, initial professional experience in DWH or data modeling, and strong technical skills in Python, SQL, CI/CD processes, and DWH architecture understanding. The position requires active collaboration with various departments to translate business needs into effective data solutions, promoting a data-driven culture across the organization.
