Job Summary

This role involves acting as a specialist engineer responsible for the technical design and commercial processing of complex maintenance and investment projects within the regional high-voltage substation technology (Primary Technology). Day-to-day tasks include planning, executing, and settling projects, ensuring compliance with legal and operational standards, optimizing costs, and coordinating personnel deployment. The engineer will serve as the technical contact person for high-voltage switchgear, transformers, compensation systems, and auxiliary facilities. Key qualifications include a Master’s degree in electrical engineering and professional experience in project management, ideally coupled with experience in the construction and operation of substations. The position is attractive due to its critical involvement in maintaining the highest voltage grid infrastructure and offering high flexibility, including mobile working options and no core working hours.
