Job Summary

This highly responsible position requires a Lead Electrical Engineer to manage the operation, maintenance, and expansion of critical high-voltage transmission assets, including overhead lines, cables, and auxiliary systems. The core mission is ensuring the safe, cost-optimized, and environmentally compliant provision of these systems while upholding stringent occupational, operational, and supply safety standards. The role involves acting as the officially designated "Responsible Electrical Specialist" and ensuring adherence to all relevant laws, norms, and contracts. A key component of the job is leading and motivating a team of six employees, managing their professional development, and sensitizing them to safety hazards. Furthermore, the Lead Engineer organizes and oversees external contractors from initial commissioning through acceptance, manages internal service delivery, and takes ownership of budget planning and resource allocation. This role is ideal for an experienced electrical engineer ready to take on significant leadership and technical responsibility within the energy infrastructure sector.
