Job Summary

This role is critical for driving the strategic development and quality management of the Saxon Police University (FH) administration. The Strategic University Development Officer will be responsible for establishing the conceptual foundation and continuous optimization of the administrative quality management system, with a strong emphasis on process management. Day-to-day tasks involve mapping current (Ist) processes, conducting detailed process analyses, defining optimized target (Soll) processes, and implementing them in collaboration with organizational units. The officer will also support the digitalization of the administration, select key performance indicators for continuous monitoring, and prepare essential decision templates. Candidates must possess a university degree in relevant fields, extensive process management knowledge, and professional experience, ideally within public administration or the higher education sector. This fixed-term position offers the chance to significantly shape the strategic direction of a key public safety institution.
