Job Summary

This role requires an experienced Validation Engineer to ensure product compliance and quality within the communications technology sector. Key responsibilities include conducting rigorous tests for Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC), such as interference emission and immunity, alongside comprehensive environmental simulations covering climate, vibration, and corrosion. The engineer will evaluate test results against critical standards (e.g., ISO, IEC, CISPR) and support the certification process necessary for product approvals. A crucial component of the job involves consulting product development teams from the initial concept through to series production readiness, proactively identifying and resolving potential compliance issues. Success in this position requires a technical degree, demonstrable experience with relevant industry standards and specialized test equipment, and fluent proficiency in both German and English.
