Job Summary

This critical role involves assuming operational responsibility for complex Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and security systems within the Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) in Berlin-Mitte. The manager will oversee technical facilities, particularly for security authorities, ensuring seamless operation by establishing maintenance plans, negotiating service contracts, and leading an operative team. A key focus is the planning and execution of comprehensive maintenance processes, requiring accurate data management within CAFM systems and the development of quality standards.
