Job Summary

This role is for an IT Field Service Technician based in the Memmingen area, responsible for providing essential on-site IT support and infrastructure services for a respected nationwide IT system house. Day-to-day activities include actively participating in rollout and migration projects, delivering 1st and 2nd level end-user support, and performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services. Key responsibilities also involve setting up, dismantling, and installing video conferencing systems, as well as performing hardware services for diverse products including servers, storage, PCs, notebooks, and peripherals. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant IT qualification (e.g., IT Specialist, IT System Electronics Technician) or equivalent professional experience, coupled with excellent knowledge of current Microsoft operating systems, standard Microsoft Office applications, and general hardware.
