Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect focused on AI-enabled Development to strategically build the internal R&D backbone necessary for AI-driven product innovation. The core mission involves integrating AI capabilities, including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI, directly into existing applications and data infrastructure. Day-to-day, the architect will structure and link internal data to enable KPIs, ML models, and Gen AI use cases, providing the strategic framework for process and tool development using Enterprise Architecture methods. The position acts as a crucial bridge between external customer product development and internal IT processes, ensuring consistency and strategic alignment. This role requires strong analytical skills, fluent German and English proficiency, and extensive R&D experience, ideally as an Architect.
