Job Summary

This two-year Siemens Graduate Program offers dynamic, high-potential professionals the opportunity to launch their career within Advanta, the digital transformation unit of Siemens. Participants will undertake three tailored assignments, including an essential eight-month international rotation, to rapidly build expertise and gain a comprehensive understanding of the business across diverse functions such as Engineering, Product Management, R&D, IT, Finance, and Sales. The role involves taking immediate responsibility for complex projects, working closely with Senior Management, and enhancing intercultural skills within international teams. Successful candidates must hold an above-average Master's degree in relevant technical or business fields and possess prior international and practical experience.
