Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Partner will be instrumental in supporting Airbus Aerostructures' recruitment efforts in Nordenham. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to define requirement profiles and job advertisements, and developing effective sourcing strategies utilizing various channels and social media platforms to attract top talent. The role encompasses full-cycle applicant management, conducting telephone and in-person interviews, and actively assisting departments with candidate selection and potential assessment. This position offers the opportunity to participate in national and international recruitment projects and represent the company at recruitment events. Key qualifications include a relevant university degree or vocational training in HR, combined with professional experience in HR Business Partnering and recruiting, alongside fluent German and English skills.
