Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT support and technical stability within a dynamic, internationally oriented environment in Munich. The IT Service Technician is responsible for hands-on support for users, addressing technical questions and challenges personally. Key day-to-day tasks include performing First and Second Level Support, managing technical documentation for all workflows, and maintaining Windows Clients, printers, network components, and telecommunication equipment. The ideal candidate possesses a completed vocational education in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or IT Systems Electronics Technician) and practical experience with Windows 7, Windows 10, and iOS operating systems. Knowledge of standard applications, networking, and hardware is essential. This is a full-time, permanent position, initially offered through temporary employment with a strong option for permanent takeover, offering good long-term career prospects.
