Job Summary
This role involves supporting the IT Project Management area for an IT system house in Wolfsburg. The Project Management Assistant acts as a central liaison between various departments, focusing heavily on administrative and controlling tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating statistics for controlling purposes, providing administrative support to management (such as data maintenance and order processing), and managing communication with other company entities. Additionally, the assistant is responsible for creating invoices according to current regulations. The ideal candidate possesses a successfully completed commercial vocational training, prior experience in a project environment, strong business acumen, and excellent communication and presentation skills. This position requires a structured, independent, and analytical approach to work, along with good proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. This is a full-time, permanent position offered initially through temporary employment with the option for permanent hire.
