Job Summary

This role seeks a proactive IT Onsite Support Engineer to join a team in Nuremberg, supporting a client base primarily consisting of European pharmaceutical companies. Day-to-day responsibilities involve providing crucial 1st Level Support, analyzing and resolving hardware and software issues using a knowledge database, and classifying incoming customer inquiries. You will utilize the Service Now ticketing system and telephone support to advise users on end-devices, applications, and IT processes. A key aspect of the job is identifying and systematically escalating recurring IT problems. The ideal candidate possesses completed vocational training in IT System Integration or a comparable field, coupled with strong technical and organizational understanding. This position offers regular working hours, varied tasks in a modern environment, and the opportunity to actively utilize fluent German and English skills while working with innovative applications and services.
