Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT support and technical excellence within an industrial environment, focusing on maintaining and optimizing client standard technologies. The IT Onsite Technician will be responsible for installing and configuring desktop hardware and associated software, troubleshooting issues across hardware, software, and various devices, and proactively communicating status updates to users regarding service interruptions. Key duties also include monitoring network performance, initiating necessary steps to address bottlenecks, and resolving disturbances directly in the industrial setting. The ideal candidate possesses experience in IT support, particularly with Microsoft Windows 7/10 and Office 365, solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, and technical skills in handling PCs, laptops, and peripherals. This position offers an annual salary up to €50,000 and the opportunity for permanent employment after an initial temporary contract.
