Job Summary

This remote Content Migration Engineer role is centered on executing complex Tenant-to-Tenant and hybrid (OnPrem/Cloud) migrations for Enterprise clients, focusing specifically on SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams environments. The engineer will be responsible for the entire migration lifecycle, including gathering technical requirements, designing comprehensive migration strategies, and creating technical documentation. A core part of the role involves utilizing specialized tools like ShareGate and PowerShell scripting for automation, reporting, and error analysis (practical log interpretation is mandatory). Candidates must possess a minimum of three years of practical experience specifically utilizing ShareGate for M365 migrations and demonstrate a deep understanding of SharePoint Online, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance policies. This position offers significant autonomy, hybrid/remote flexibility, and the opportunity to engage in challenging carve-out/merger projects for high-profile clients.
