Job Summary
This role focuses on the technical and organizational oversight of highly automated manufacturing environments. Key daily tasks include monitoring process flows, optimizing series production, and managing both costs and personnel deployment. You will be the technical lead, ensuring the successful implementation of planned measures, handling customer complaints, and acting as a primary contact for quality issues. Furthermore, you will secure necessary maintenance operations and manage optimal spare parts inventory. Candidates must possess completed advanced training as an Industrial Master Technician in Electrical Engineering, substantial professional experience in electro- and automation technology, and initial experience in quality and complaint management. The position offers an unlimited contract, professional development, and flexible working hours (flextime) within a dynamic engineering firm, requiring fluent German skills to succeed in the project environment.
