Job Summary

This role involves supporting complex project execution by managing and controlling the overall project schedule, specifically focusing on critical path analysis and deviation identification. The Scheduling Manager will be responsible for mapping business processes into the master schedule, creating baseline plans, and providing detailed reporting to project leadership during status meetings. A core function is the proactive identification of critical situations and schedule variances, requiring the development and coordination of alternative scheduling scenarios with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate possesses a Master of Engineering degree, ideally in Electrical and Control Engineering, coupled with expert-level proficiency in Primavera EPPM P6 and professional experience as a scheduler, preferably within the plant engineering or rail vehicle technology sectors. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory, alongside strong communication skills and the ability to drive implementation and control timelines.
