Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Team Lead responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of a manufacturing production team at the Wuppertal site. The primary focus is ensuring a smooth production flow across multiple manufacturing and processing areas while achieving stringent targets in Quality, Productivity, Service, and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety). Day-to-day tasks include personnel planning, development, and qualification, monitoring and optimizing processes and machinery parameters, conducting detailed shift handovers, and analyzing production KPIs to derive corrective actions. The successful candidate will foster strong teamwork, participate in process optimization projects, and ensure strict adherence to safety, cleanliness, and regulatory standards, including GMP and Cleanroom protocols.
