This remote Senior Research Director role, internally known as Senior Research Leader within Evidera’s Patient-Centered Research (PCR) group, requires an established expert in direct-to-patient observational studies, particularly high-visibility surveys. The core responsibilities involve developing and maintaining an individual research portfolio, ensuring the ultimate quality of client deliverables, and managing project budgets and resources efficiently. The Director will serve as a key internal consultant, providing senior oversight and mentorship to junior scientific staff, while actively driving scientific excellence and innovation across the PCR organization. A crucial aspect is maintaining high external visibility through a strong track record of publications and presentations, and actively contributing to business development and strategic direction. Candidates must possess a PhD or MA with significant experience in health outcomes and patient-centered research, coupled with proven consulting expertise.
