Job Summary

This crucial role involves coordinating and managing serious technical incidents and leading the expansion of the Decommissioning department within a global leader in wind energy. The supervisor will be responsible for developing and implementing standardized procedures for handling major technical failures (Serious Incidents) and overseeing the dismantling of old wind turbine systems. Day-to-day tasks include project planning, managing external service providers, ensuring quality assurance, and maintaining project margins. The successful candidate must possess strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities for internal and external stakeholder management (including customer meetings), and a structured, process-oriented mindset. Proficiency in both German and English (at least B2 level) is mandatory, alongside professional experience in technical project leadership and familiarity with tools like MS Office, Salesforce, and SAP. This position offers an indefinite contract and requires approximately 30% travel.
