Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Lead Proposal Manager to drive the commercial and contractual aspects of large-scale offshore wind turbine construction projects. The successful candidate will be instrumental in advancing renewable energy goals by managing technical, budgetary, commercial, and contractual proposals for customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include tailoring project-specific logistical and technical solutions, creating accurate and competitive construction budgets (covering installation, staffing, and vessel scopes), and managing the critical interface between Sales and Construction teams. The position requires balancing customer business case optimization with appropriate cost/risk levels for the company and ensuring contractual elements (FIDIC-based) are correctly drafted.
