Job Summary

This role is for an Electrician or Service Technician specializing in wind energy maintenance and repair, based near Müllrose/Frankfurt (Oder). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of wind turbines through on-site maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic and mechanical malfunctions, often working at heights. Day-to-day tasks involve analyzing error messages, performing repairs collaboratively in a team, executing conversion measures to enhance system performance, and digitally documenting all work. This position offers an unlimited contract with compensation based on the IG Metall collective agreement, extensive training (including qualification as an Electrical Specialist according to DIN VDE 0105-100), and a strong focus on work-life balance, including 30 days of vacation and no shift work. Ideal candidates possess a completed vocational qualification in electrical engineering, electronics, or industrial mechatronics, along with proficiency in German and English, and comfort working at heights.
