The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, executing, and optimizing in-vivo studies using xenograft and syngeneic mouse models to investigate CAR-T cell interactions and efficacy. Day-to-day tasks involve extensive in-vivo experimentation, integrating in-vitro and ex-vivo assays such as flow cytometry and functional analyses (cytotoxicity, cytokine release), and applying genetic engineering techniques including CRISPR/Cas9 modification and viral transduction. The position requires a completed technical qualification (BTA, MTA, or equivalent), excellent organizational skills, and a strong willingness to conduct in-vivo studies while strictly adhering to animal welfare guidelines. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge cancer research within one of Europe's largest centers, offering modern infrastructure and collaborative work with postdocs and students.
