Job Summary

This role is for an IT Deployment Technician based in Nuremberg, focusing on the delivery, installation, and configuration of end-user devices within a market-leading IT solutions and service management company. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering and commissioning new equipment, performing data migration from legacy devices, and meticulous documentation of all tasks and hardware within a ticketing system. The technician will also be responsible for coordinating orders and scheduling appointments directly with end-users and customers, supporting various IT projects, and potentially undertaking business trips.
