Job Summary

This role requires an engaged Technical Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for all technical and infrastructural Facility Management (FM) matters across multiple retail properties in the Greater Frankfurt am Main/Mainz region. Day-to-day responsibilities include steering and controlling external service providers, planning and executing investment, maintenance, and conversion projects, and managing the entire procurement and contract awarding process, including acceptance and warranty tracking. The manager will also be responsible for implementing quality assurance measures and conducting cost/benefit analyses to optimize FM performance and establish benchmarks. Key qualifications include solid technical or construction-technical training, several years of relevant professional experience, and strong negotiation and assertiveness skills.
