Job Summary

This critical role involves coordinating and managing serious technical incidents and leading the expansion of the Decommissioning department within a global leader in wind energy. The Technical Supervisor will be responsible for developing and implementing standardized processes for handling major technical failures (Serious Incidents) and overseeing the dismantling of older wind turbine facilities. Day-to-day tasks include project planning, managing external service providers, ensuring quality assurance, and maintaining profit margins. This position requires strong project leadership skills, professional proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce, and SAP, and excellent communication abilities for managing internal/external interfaces and customer appointments. Candidates must be highly organized, process-oriented, and comfortable with approximately 30% travel, offering an opportunity to take on significant responsibility in a future-oriented, international environment.
