Job Summary

This Senior HR Project Manager role is crucial for driving the future of healthcare by joining the Operational Excellence Project Management Team within HR Germany at Siemens Healthineers. The primary focus is actively shaping and steering a major international HR Transformation project (HRMS) designed to standardize HR service delivery and achieve HR Service Excellence. Day-to-day responsibilities include close collaboration with HR Transformation Leads, Service Delivery, and IT Project Managers to develop and evaluate solution approaches, create decision templates, and manage comprehensive project plans and strategies. You will also be responsible for implementing organizational changes within HR, coordinating communication, and managing specific German HR sub-projects (e.g., Carve Out/In). Candidates must possess extensive professional experience in the HR environment and project management, particularly handling cross-departmental HR transformation initiatives. A deep understanding of HR processes, HR IT along the Employee Lifecycle, and fluency in both German and English are essential to succeed in this highly international and flexible role, which offers up to 60% mobile working within Germany.

Required Skills

Education

Successful completion of a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field. Extensive professional experience and further qualifications may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Experience

  • Long-term professional experience in the HR environment and project management
  • Experience as a Project Manager or Workstream Lead in cross-departmental HR transformation projects
  • Very profound understanding of HR processes and HR IT along the Employee Lifecycle
  • Professional experience in developing and implementing pragmatic solutions for complex problems
  • Experience in planning, steering, and implementing German HR (sub-) projects (e.g., Carve Out / Carve In, local HR IT procedures)
