Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Technician based in Berlin, focusing on providing comprehensive Onsite Support for client workstations within an industrial environment. Key daily responsibilities include managing and resolving incidents via a customer management tool, executing IT support tasks based on tickets and project assignments, and delivering 2nd-Level support to business users. The scope covers Windows clients, iOS devices, networking, and telecommunications systems. Candidates must possess detailed knowledge of current Windows operating systems and networking fundamentals (Layer 1-3 switching), coupled with a completed IT qualification. The position requires a confident professional demeanor when interacting with customers and strong German language skills. This full-time role offers an unlimited contract, initially through temporary staffing with a strong option for permanent takeover.
