Job Summary

This role is perfect for an innovative and technically skilled IT System Engineer ready to take on a central role in supporting and securing enterprise IT environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing 1st and 2nd-Level support incidents, acting as the expert for Microsoft Cloud Services implementation and configuration, and handling software rollouts across Windows and Mac-OS clients. The successful candidate will also be responsible for client administration within Windows Client and Server environments, providing competent support to both German- and English-speaking employees, and proactively managing security and virus incidents. Key requirements include a relevant IT degree or vocational training, at least three years of comparable professional experience, and detailed knowledge of Client/Server architectures, Active Directory, and network topologies.
