Job Summary
This R&D Specialist role focuses on the development and optimization of innovative formulations, specifically for decorative cosmetic products. The core duties involve the meticulous selection and combination of suitable raw materials, paying close attention to factors like skin feel, texture, color, and product stability. A key component of the role is conducting rigorous stability, compatibility, and application tests within the laboratory environment.
