Job Summary

This leadership role involves taking full responsibility for and managing the Quality Assurance, Hygiene, Safety, Environment (HSE), and Food Safety department. The manager will lead a dedicated team focusing on quality control and QHSU/Food Safety initiatives. Key daily tasks include monitoring QHSU objectives, planning and executing internal and external audits related to QHSE, food safety, and regulatory compliance, and collaborating closely with governmental authorities regarding relevant regulations. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Food Chemistry, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field, possesses a minimum of five years of professional experience, and has initial leadership experience, preferably within the chemical or food industry. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory, making this a pivotal role for a professional ready to drive high standards in a dynamic, technology-focused environment.
