Job Summary

This permanent, full-time position involves driving strategic technical policy and standards for electrical engineering and renewable energy across a major public institution's diverse property portfolio (clinics, schools, museums). The specialist will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and implementing fundamental standards for regenerative energy systems, including PV installations, battery storage, and electric charging infrastructure. Key day-to-day duties include leading and steering complex construction projects, managing all planning phases (HOAI 1-9), preparing detailed tender documents (AVA), and ensuring strict compliance with VOB and current technical regulations (VDE-AR-N 4105/4110). Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering or equivalent long-term professional experience, coupled with strong knowledge of building planning, contract law, and advanced German proficiency.
