Job Summary

This role seeks an IT Project Manager to drive complex digitalization and IT initiatives within the LWL organization, serving the Westphalia-Lippe region. The core responsibilities involve the end-to-end planning, steering, and execution of projects using both agile and classical methodologies. The manager will also coordinate critical cross-functional themes such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Green IT, support the implementation of the overall IT strategy, and evaluate emerging information technology innovations for organizational applicability. Candidates must possess a completed university degree (e.g., in Informatics or Business Economics) or demonstrable equivalent long-term professional experience, coupled with expertise in IT project management and business administration. Success requires strong analytical and strategic capabilities, excellent communication and presentation skills, assertiveness, and a high degree of commitment and teamwork. Required Skills

Education

Completed University Degree (Bachelor/Diploma) in Informatics, Business Informatics, Administrative Informatics, or Economics; OR Vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist, IT Management Assistant) combined with long-term professional experience.
