Job Summary
This permanent, full-time position seeks an Identity Management Administrator to join the LWL.IT Service Department team. The core responsibilities involve driving the strategic planning and concept creation for the organization’s Identity Management infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include implementing and maintaining technical solutions, developing robust PowerShell scripts to automate and enhance user administration efficiency, and processing service requests using relevant IT Service Management tools. Furthermore, the role requires providing advanced second-level user support via remote maintenance and telephone, necessitating close collaboration with the first-level support team. Ideal candidates must possess excellent knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and PowerShell scripting, demonstrating a high degree of self-reliance, solution orientation, and team capability. Required qualifications include a university degree in Informatics, Technology, or Mathematics, or comparable professional experience and vocational training (e.g., as an IT Specialist). This role offers the stability of public service employment and contributes directly to social good in the Westphalia-Lippe region.

Completed University Degree (Bachelor/Diploma) in Informatics, Technology, or Mathematics; OR Completed vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist, IT Management Assistant, IT System Electronics Technician) OR comparable long-term professional experience.
