Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Product Owner to manage the core customer engagement platform, focusing heavily on Master Data Management (MDM), Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), and related data integrations. The successful candidate will define and communicate the platform's vision, goals, and global roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and user experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, manage vendor teams, and oversee contracts and service delivery. Key requirements include a degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, proven experience with change projects involving IPaaS (e.g., MuleSoft), and hands-on experience with global MDM system rollouts.
