This role involves taking ownership of critical business applications for a prominent company in Ainring, focusing heavily on operational stability and optimization. Day-to-day responsibilities include system administration, comprehensive maintenance, managing patches and releases, and overseeing user rights and access. A key function is providing 2nd level support to end-users, ensuring smooth application performance, and introducing new applications as needed. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining robust documentation and managing external service providers. The ideal candidate holds an IT degree or equivalent practical experience, coupled with proven experience in business application support and strong service orientation.
