Job Summary

This position offers an exciting opportunity for an IT Coordinator and Generalist to support a high-profile project for a renowned company in Trostberg. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact, delivering essential 1st-Level support for all IT-related inquiries and problems. Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation and configuration of hardware and software, providing technical support for network systems, and actively building and maintaining the overall IT infrastructure. You will also be tasked with monitoring system performance, performing necessary troubleshooting, managing data backups and recovery, and administering software licenses. Candidates must hold a completed vocational qualification, such as an IT Specialist, coupled with a minimum of three years of professional IT experience, ideally gained within a mid-sized company environment. Excellent organizational skills and fluency in German are key requirements for this role.
