Job Summary

This role involves supporting the expansion of the Competence Center for Energy Storage and Energy System Management at the Crafts Chamber Potsdam. The Project Employee will be instrumental in identifying new training needs within the field of Renewable Energies, covering topics like energy storage, charging infrastructure, heat pumps, and smart energy monitoring. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating closely with industry associations and businesses, visiting manufacturers to assess technical solutions for campus implementation, and actively marketing newly developed training products to relevant stakeholders. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background, experience in areas like photovoltaics or energy management software, and strong communication and networking skills. This three-year fixed-term position, with a strong possibility of permanent employment, offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute directly to the energy transition efforts within the skilled crafts sector.

Required Skills

Education

Technical university degree or technical vocational training (ideally with completed further qualification such as Technician or Master Craftsman)

Experience

  • Professional experience in Photovoltaics, Energy Storage, Charging Solutions, or Energy Management Software (advantageous)
  • Initial experience in sales, association work, or networking

Languages

German (Fluent)
