Job Summary

This role supports the Educational and Innovation Campus of the Potsdam Chamber of Skilled Crafts, focusing heavily on managing finances and third-party funding for national and international educational projects, specifically including "Erasmus+". The specialist will be responsible for independent project fund administration, including billing, obtaining and reviewing quotes, documentation, and filing. Key daily tasks involve assisting with project planning, preparing fund requests and statements of use in compliance with guidelines, and providing administrative support for procurement processes. The ideal candidate must have completed relevant vocational training, possess proven experience in fund administration, strong numerical aptitude, and good organizational skills. Good written and spoken English is required, along with a Class B driving license and willingness to travel, making this a pivotal role in supporting the Chamber's educational mission.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in a relevant office or administrative profession, or equivalent demonstrable professional knowledge

Experience

  • Proven professional experience in fund administration (Mittelverwaltung)
  • Initial experience in contract awarding/procurement is desirable
  • Knowledge of Project Management is advantageous
