This role involves supporting the planning and independent management of project funds for innovative and international educational projects, specifically for the "Competence Center for Energy Storage and Energy System Management" and "Erasmus+" initiatives at the Handwerkskammer Potsdam's Education and Innovation Campus. The successful candidate will handle invoicing, procurement, documentation, and assist with funding requests and expenditure verification. Additionally, the role includes administrative support for national and international tender procedures, organizing events, and advising craft businesses and apprentices on Erasmus+ learning stays. This position offers a chance to contribute to significant educational projects within a modern and supportive environment, requiring precision in financial administration and strong organizational skills.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in a relevant office or administrative profession or equivalent demonstrated professional knowledge

Experience

  • Proven professional experience in fund administration
  • Initial experience in contract awarding is desirable but not mandatory
