This role involves providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd level IT support, handling customer inquiries via phone and ticketing systems. The specialist will be responsible for supporting various IT technologies including servers, clients, storage, network, and firewalls, with a strong focus on Windows and Linux systems. Key tasks include administration, monitoring of customer systems, and thorough documentation. The ideal candidate will possess a relevant IT education or equivalent qualification, coupled with practical experience in Microsoft environments, including Office 365, and a solid understanding of Linux systems.
